We interviewed 5 roofing companies before choosing Alliance Specialty Contractor to replace our roof due to hail damage. Our sales man was our contact with Alliance Specialty Contractor. He was very helpful throughout the roofing process, filing the claim and working with the insurance company, overseeing the actual installation of the roof, and checking the job at the end, including the clean-up work. The roofing job was done in a very professional manner with attention to detail from start to finish. We were very pleased with the roofing installation. All company personnel were very polite and promptly provided answers to our questions. There were no surprises to deal with as everything had been explained to us. The Alliance Specialty Contractor roofing team was fantastic. We needed a new roof fast and they were able to get us on the schedule just a week from the initial inspection and estimate. Our salesman made the process very straight forward. The roofing crew arrived on time and worked efficiently. I'd recommend Alliance Specialty Contractor in a heartbeat. From the day that their very professional and knowledgeable representative came to see what we needed for roofing, to the end of the roofing installation, everything went like clockwork. All the office staff that I had contact with were a pleasure to deal with. As I had to pay for my roof out of pocket (no insurance claim), I contacted six other companies for quotes and Alliance Specialty Contractor came in with the best price, best quality, best financing and made me feel confident that my money would be well spent. On the "big day", the roofing installation team, who turned out to be very friendly guys, arrived on time, wasted no time in getting started and did a great job. Everything was finished by mid-afternoon, including the installation of a new skylight and solar powered attic fan, and the roof looks great.
Our rep was excellent in helping review damage on my roof that happened resulting in damage to my ridge vents. I really appreciated his professionalism and courtesy and attention to all the necessary roofing details. Further, the office staff and the roofing installer from Alliance Specialty Contractor were all very helpful and thorough and very courteous. They came highly recommended by several of my friends who went through prior roofing storm issues and they lived up to their positive recommendations. I would definitely use them again as I did this time, and would strongly recommend them to others for any storm damage roofing company needs.

We knew we needed a new roof, but dreaded going through our insurance company to file a claim. Alliance came by and said they work with insurance companies and would take care of everything. THEY DID! That took the load off of us. About the work, I have to be honest, the workers were late getting started, but they stayed until 11pm to finish. The work they did looks great. The roof really makes my house stand out and looks good now. We had a few hiccups, as with any big job, but Alliance came right away and fixed them. I would recommend this company to anyone.

If I could give a rating of 10 I would. This company is the BEST! They were very professional and were a delightful group to work with. We had been denied by our insurance company on a previous claim but Alliance went to bat and fought hard to get it approved by the insurance company rather than us having to pay. They are very knowledgeable and run a tight ship. They are honest dependable and I can’t say enough good about the Gilberti brothers and Alliance Specialty Contractors. They are in my opinion the best in the area and I would recommend them to anyone who has storm damage. You can’t go wrong with this company!!

After seeing the work they performed on several other houses in my neighborhood decided to go with them for my roof repair and I am glad did. Silas and Scott explained how the entire repair process would play out from start to finish and sure enough everything took place as described. The crew completed the roof work in one day! I can't say enough about this company and how well they did on my roof replacement. Best roofing company in Columbus Georgia.
